About the Role

Are you passionate about making aviation safer, smarter, and more proactive? 

We are seeking a highly capable professional to uphold and advance the highest safety standards across our flight, cabin, ground, and cargo operations. 

This pivotal role is responsible for managing the safety reporting framework, supporting incident investigations, and embedding a proactive safety culture that aligns with GACA and IOSA requirements.

You’ll spearhead on vital safety programs, such as Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), confidential reporting, and comprehensive safety investigations. You will be instrumental in operational audits, emergency response initiatives, and collaborating with regulatory bodies, ensuring Riyadh Air not only meets but also exceeds the highest aviation safety standards.

Working closely with internal departments and external agencies, you’ll ensure safety remains at the heart of every operation. You will lead safety audits, risk assessments, and the continuous development of safety procedures.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum 7 years of working experience in a Safety Function within an airline. 

Possessing an Airline Transport Pilot’s License will be viewed favourably.

We are particularly excited to hear from candidates who have completed an Aircraft Accident Investigation Course.
